Man, I have a hard time remembering to post things as I finish them. This might just end up being a blog of the things that I liked enough to remember. That being said:
I’ve been listening to: Phosphorescent–To Willie, Dark Was the Night Compilation, N.A.S.A.–The Spirit of Appollo, Bon Iver–Blood Bank EP
I just finished reading Tokyo Day, Bangkok Nights by Jonathan Vankin, Seth Fisher, Giuseppe Camuncoli, and Shawn Martinbrough. Seth Fisher’s art is really interesting because it never lets you forget its art-ness. Camuncoli’s work allows you to get caught up in the story telling and forget to pay such close attention to its creation. Fisher’s half of the book is hard to read, in a way, because you can never just completely get absorbed in it.
And I watched a bunch of episodes of Scrubs. The new season is pretty good. Way better than the last two.
